Registration Procedure
Every participant to the 14th ICC is required to have a Conference Personal Page (CPP) which basically contains name, e-mail address, affiliation and other related information useful to improve the conference services provided

In order to pay the 14th ICC fees and book the hotel at Nova Yardinia please download and fill in the Registration Fee Form
The hotel deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. It will be refunded by a voucher at your arrival and deducted from your hotel bill.
After the payment is received, your registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

The AIPEA Council decided on offering a 4-year (2010-2013) membership to registrants who are not AIPEA members and thus paying for additional fees. If becoming an AIPEA member may interest you, please fill in the AIPEA Membership Form
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please notify the Congress Secretariat if there should be any cancellations of registrations. Written notifications received before 30th April 2009 will have an 80% refund. No refund is foreseen for cancellations received after 1st May 2009. If you cannot take part in the Conference, you may transfer your registration fees to a colleague at any time (please contact the Secretariat). In case of no-show the hotel reservation will be cancelled after one night. No refund is foreseen for no-shows.

However, neither the XIV ICC nor any of its representatives will be legally responsible for any cancellation of the Congress, arrangements, programmes or plans having to do with the XIV ICC or any loss, injury, damage or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from, or during their stay in Italy for the XIV ICC.
