The Conference Venue
The meeting will take place in the Nova Yardinia resort, at the Calanè Conference Centre. It is located at 4 km from Castellaneta Marina and it offers many conference facilities and wide spaces.
Shuttle service will be available for participants that desire to move daily from Nova Yardinia to Castellaneta Marina.
We encourage you to attend the meeting with accompanying persons. The beautiful pinewood along 5 km of private beach, the high standard facilities and comforts of a 4 starring resort, the proximity of Unesco World Heritage Sites invite you to have a relaxing conference in Italy.

Lodging
Primary housing for the participants is the Nova Yardinia resort which is composed of 4 hotels (click on the name for details):
Room rates, that include breakfast, light lunch and dinner, are as follows:
100 € per night per person, in double room (4*: Valentino & Calanè)
120 € per night per person, in double room (5*: Alborea & Kalidria)
Nova Yardinia offers many leisure activities: day and night entertainment, tennis, swimming, aerobics, water gym, dancing, mini football, archery, wind-surf, beach-volley, canoeing, transportation from/to the beach.
Alternate housing for the meeting attendees are available at Castellaneta Marina. Room rates, that include breakfast, are expected to be 60-70 € per night per person, in single room, and 40-50 € in double room.
A shuttle bus will connect Castellaneta Marina to the Conference Center (about 4 km) for the entire day (8.00 – 23.00) to give the opportunity to those who would like to stay in Castellaneta Marina or to simply go for a walk.
The final price and hotel booking form will be available as from 1st November, 2008.
